September 1: Promotion Begins.
October 25: Group Order Deadline for Free Shipping Free Domestic Shipping on Group Orders of $500 or more.
November 20: Group Order Deadline for Guaranteed Holiday Delivery. Group Orders can be placed through December 31. On orders received after November 18, Holiday delivery may not be guaranteed.
December 31: Promotion ends.
