Admission Process

 

Heartland Montessori school offers Children’s House, Extended Day, and Elementary programs.

If you feel that your family would benefit from the Montessori experience, please contact us to schedule a time to visit the school and observe in the classroom. This in an excellent way to see the classroom and get to know our AMI-certified Guides and helpful adminstrative staff. Observations are scheduled in
1- hour time slots during school hours. After observing the classroom, you may schedule a time for the Guide to meet with both you and your child during non-teaching hours.

Once you have decided that Heartland Montessori School is the best place for your child to grow and learn, fill out the application form and return it to Heartland.

Our programs are popular and some have waiting lists. If there is no opening for your child in the program you have selected, you will be notified at once and your child will be placed on a waiting list. Our administrative staff will contact you once a space becomes available.

After your child is accepted into a Heartland program, we will contact you and send a contract and other forms to fill out. A signed contract and the non-refundable $225 registration fee are required in order to reserve a space. We'll confirm your child’s enrollment by phone or letter.
